BPM Sync Calculator — Pitch Adjustment for Beat Matching
Calculate the pitch adjustment percentage needed to sync two tracks at different BPMs.
How We Calculate This
Pitch Change Formula
Pitch Change (%) = ((Target BPM − Source BPM) / Source BPM) × 100
A positive value means you speed up (increase pitch fader), negative means slow down. This is the same calculation CDJs and DJ software perform internally when you adjust the pitch slider.
Key Change
Every 5.946% pitch change equals one semitone. So a +6% change raises the key by approximately one semitone.
